This year I have learned a lot about cameras and taking pictures in this Multi Media Class. When I started I didn’t even know how to work a camera. I started to figure it out in 2 days and it was pretty easy I would say. The first time I took a picture on the camera it wasn’t bad. It was my first time so it wasn't going to be really good. Then I took more and more pictures throughout the day and they were starting to come out better and better. When my teacher told us that our first assignment was coming up I was starting to practice and start to get better with the camera. I was learning all the different features that it had and how to change the settings. It was pretty cool how the camera has a lot of different settings on it and that you can manually focus the camera. One of my favorite assignments that I did was Light Painting. It was really cool how you can change the settings on the camera so it can make trails of light in the dark. It was really fun learning how to take the pictures. It was really cool how the pictures came out because I have never done Light Painting before. We also took pictures in the Fall, Winter, and, Spring. When I was taking pictures I got the hang of working on the camera and trying out different settings. We also made a website called Wix. On this website we had put all of the pictures that we took this whole year and we uploaded it on the website. That way all the people that visit the Brewster School website can see it on there. It was pretty cool because now we had the feeling on how professionals have and manage their own website to make money and take pictures. This year was really fun taking pictures and learning how to use a camera and uploading things to my website.
